Sound quality and comfort are excellent, light weight. Visible mute indicator, and the off-hook button keeps you from having to run to the computer to answer a call. I had a cheaper Logitech headset, range, comfort and features were not nearly the same caliber as this one. Seems a little pricey though. And the way the earpiece is mounted to the head clip thing, it looks a little odd. I call it the “franks and beans” factor. 4 out of 5 stars

I work from home, remotely for a doctor’s answering service. This thing has changed my life. I was tired of using the wired knotted messes, so I opened my wallet and splurged and I have 0 regrets. It matched up nicely with x-lite and have never had a single issue after my 5 minute installation. I leave it on on wide-band mode and the longest I have gone without putting it on its cradle is about 12 hours. I was initially nervous about the battery, but I would without a doubt buy this thing again.
